Heavenly Father, I lift up Rick Snyder as he reflects on the last eight years as governor of Michigan. As he leaves the state government, I pray that the people of the state are much better off than they were when he began.
Bless the campaign season there as many seek to follow in his steps. Keep it from dirty politics and scandal as all parties stick to the issues.

Dear Lord, look graciously upon Governor Baker as he rides the crest of popularity among the people of Massachusetts. Humble him when he strays, so that he looks to you rather than man's standards for guidance.
As he enters the reelection cycle, preserve him from scandal. Bless his marriage and his family as they face the challenges ahead.
